To book a trip, first create or sign in to your Plan2Trip account. Then browse available trips, select your preferred package, review the full trip details provided by the travel agency, and complete the booking form. You'll need to provide your traveler details and confirm your booking with the agency's preferred payment method.
Can I modify my booking?
Booking modifications depend on the travel agency's policy. Contact the agency directly or reach out to our support team for assistance with modifications.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment gateways. Specific payment options may vary by travel agency.

How do I create an account?
Click on the 'Sign Up' button, enter your email, mobile number, and password, and create your account. We will send a verification code to your email. After verifying your email, you can log in using either your email and password or mobile number with OTP.
I forgot my password
Click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
How do I update my profile?
Go to your profile page from the dashboard and click 'Edit Profile' to update your personal information, preferences, and contact details.

How do I view trip details?
Click on any trip card or listing to view detailed information including itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and terms and conditions.
What information is included in trip details?
Trip details include destination information, day-by-day itinerary, accommodation details, meal plans, transportation, activities, pricing breakdown, and cancellation policies. All trip information is created and managed directly by the respective travel agency.
Can I share a trip with others?
Yes! You can share trips with friends and family using the share button on trip pages. They can view the trip details and book if interested.

We verify all travel agencies on our platform through a thorough process including business registration verification, license checks, and quality assessments.

On each trip or agency profile page, you'll find the agency's contact details such as phone number, email address, or website. You can reach out to them directly using these details for any trip-specific questions, customization requests, or clarifications.
