Plan2Trip acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the services provided by travel agencies.

5. Travel Agency Services

Plan2Trip verifies travel agencies on the platform, but we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by these agencies. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions of each travel agency before making a booking.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or entity
• To engage in any automated use of the system without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability
